Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription, you can cancel at any time before your next order processes — there is no minimum commitment. Cancellation instructions are in your account dashboard or contact us and we will cancel it for you immediately.

Subscription orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled for that cycle, but can be cancelled going forward. Refund eligibility on subscription orders follows the same 60-day guarantee terms as one-time purchases.
