Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order at any time via the carrier's website or through our Track Your Order page at purvela.shop/track-order.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking email for the tracking information to update.


Delivery Issues

My order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@purvela.shop with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it Please check with neighbours and your local delivery depot first. If your order cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

My order arrived damaged Email us at info@purvela.shop with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement within 1 to 2 business days — no need to return the damaged item.
